2001 Business Person of the Year

A man who has been lighting up life for homes and corporations in Ottawa since 1973 was named last night as the city's Business Person of the Year.

Bob Sanscartier, president of S&S Bolton Electric, took home gold from the Greater Ottawa Chamber of Commerce business achievement awards at the Ottawa Congress Centre.

Winning criteria included community involvement, business growth, job creation and customer service.
